How to configure edge lighting on your phone

For those who don't know, this function is only used by those smartphones that have an integrated OLED screen. With it, you can use some pixels to change color and alert us every time we receive a message or call. Therefore, it is time to discover how we can activate it and the customization that OPPO offers us of this very useful feature. And it is that it will be ideal for those users who are in love with the mobile in silence.

Although, first of all, you should check that your mobile has ColorOS 11, in the case of not knowing for sure, go to Settings > Phone information. In this way, you will confirm whether or not you have this version. Then, you will have to follow the following steps to activate edge lighting:

Once inside, we will have different options to customize this tool on our smartphone. As soon as we click on it, a menu will appear in which it will show us what will happen when this function is active. It simply does not demonstrate how the panel will light up from bottom to top every time we receive a call or notification.

In addition, if we click on Notifications when the screen is off or Incoming Calls, we will have 3 colors available to choose from: Purple, Blue and Orange.
