Marvel Future Revolution is an open-world action RPG and, according to the developer, features high-stakes adventures, unique missions and zones, as well as endless threats of attacks from fearsome enemies.

Official launch at Gamescom 2021

To celebrate the launch, Netmarble is planning several events throughout the day. For starters, a new trailer will be released during Gamescom's Opening Night Live today – the broadcast will begin at 14:00 ET.

In addition, Marvel presents an all-new episode of its Marvel LIVE! Stream tonight at 9pm ET, revealing an exciting new CG trailer with gameplay footage and news for fans on YouTube, Twitter, Facebook and Twitch.

Finally, a special presentation with music from the game will be broadcast at midnight this Friday (26), on the official MARVEL Future Revolution YouTube channel; the full soundtrack is now available for download.

Marvel Future Revolution: understand the game

Marvel Future Revolution begins after several Earths converge to form an entirely new "Primary Earth". In this context, players will be invited to join the newly formed team of superheroes “Omega Flight” to defend the universe.

At launch, players will have access to eight playable superheroes, including Black Widow, Captain America, Captain Marvel, Doctor Strange, Iron Man, Spider-Man, Star-Lord and Storm, with an extensive selection of over 400 million of costume and accessory combinations per hero to choose from.

From the high-tech New Stark City to exclusive zones like Hydra Empire, Xandearth, Midgardia and Sakaar, fans can look forward to discovering original Marvel landmarks, legendary characters and homage quests directly related to fan-favorite stories and events.

As the game progresses, multiplayer content will unlock, including Blitz, Special Operation, Raids, and more, as fans battle some of Marvel's most sinister foes, including Ultron, MODOK, Yellowjacket, Thanos, as well as powerful villainous organizations like The Hand, AIM, and Hydra.
