Today there are applications for practically everything and many of them, fortunately for us, are intended to make our day-to-day life easier. This is the case, for example, of those that allow us to sign a document from our mobile quickly and easily, and without the need to print it.

If the fax first and then the scanner did away with the need to physically meet to sign an agreement, now thanks to our mobile devices, we don't even have to print a piece of paper. And we are not talking about the option that Apple offers in its own operating system, but about the different third-party applications that you can find on Google Play and the App Store. Let's review some of them.

Sign Easy

This app offers self-signing, in-person signing, and remote signing options; that is, on the one hand, it allows you to sign, fill in and send any document format (PDF, Word, Excel, text, Pages, JPG, PNG, etc.), on the other hand, you can have someone sign on your mobile, and Finally, it is possible to send documents to others for them to sign. It also allows you to add an image as a signature in case you have scanned your real signature on paper.

The SignEasy app saves our documents to popular cloud services (such as Dropbox, Box, or Evernote) for easy file import, saving, and access from multiple devices. Employs SSL encryption to protect documents sent and stored.

SignEasy has a one-week free trial, but after that you need to pay for a monthly/annual subscription or "signature package" to continue taking advantage of its features.

It allows you to complete and sign PDF documents with the possibility of adding attachments (such as passport or driving license photo) without difficulty. It also supports sending documents via email and cloud storage.

Adobe Fill & Sign

Adobe's proposal, in addition to supporting PDF forms, also allows us to photograph a sheet of paper to convert it into a digital document and, from there, we have the possibility to fill it out and send it by email and/or save it in the cloud.

In the section that interests us, it offers the option of signing with our finger or with an electronic pen and applying our initials to the documents. It is one of the simplest, although it is also the one with the fewest options, but of course, it is completely free and does not require a subscription.
