As previously estimated by market firm Counterpoint, distribution of foldable phones would increase tenfold by 2023, and lowering their prices would be a key factor attracting a much larger audience.
There is a lot of market in this regard with companies like Vivo to introduce their first foldable phone next year, with Huawei which will continue to bet on another foldable phone after the departure of the Huawei Mate V and of course the respective Xiaomi or Samsung launches in this regard.
The only major player who has yet to join the launch of foldable phones is Apple, and while they are probably already working on a device with these features, its launch would not be exactly in time.
