Smartphones are one of the star gifts of Christmas. With the new year about to begin, there are many terminals that cannot be included in the letter to the Kings because they are not yet on the market. Undoubtedly, the smartphones on this list will become the object of desire this coming Christmas and are a perfect option to give away on birthdays and special occasions.

We have to say that the market arrives loaded with devices with great power, fast charging and quality cameras.

Huawei P50 Pocket

On December 23, the Chinese multinational Huawei presented this terminal, thus joining the trend of folding smartphones for which Samsung has bet so strongly.

It is a mobile in the shape of a “shell” designed to be used vertically. It has a 6.9-inch OLED screen, the size of which is reduced by half when folded. It includes a secondary circular screen, just below the camera, which allows you to check notifications without having to unfold the phone.

It has a Snapdragon 888 processor, which puts it in line with its high-end competitors. It has 256 GB of internal storage and 8 GB of RAM. The battery is 4,000mAh. Fast charging is 40 W (plus or minus one hour). At the photographic level, it has a triple camera with a 40-megapixel main lens.

To put a snag, due to Huawei's veto, the terminal lacks 5G connectivity.

Xiaomi 12 and Xiaomi 12 Pro

Xiaomi 12 and Xiaomi 12 Pro are Xiaomi's flagship devices for 2022: the company's most powerful and elegant to date.

The Xiaomi 12 is a considerably thin and light mobile, weighing 180 grams. It will be offered in pastel tones, with a rough touch on the back designed to make it easier to hold. The 6.28-inch AMOLED screen occupies almost the entire front of the device.

It has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. At the connectivity level, it comes with 5G, and Bluetooth 5.2. It will offer different RAM and storage options, starting from 8 GB and 128 GB to 12 GB and 256 GB. As for the battery, the Xiaomi 12 incorporates 4,500 mAh and accompanies it through fast charging technology of up to 67W. Regarding optics, it has a triple camera with a 50-megapixel main lens.

The official presentation has been in China and at the moment it is unknown when it can be purchased in Spain.

Samsung Galaxy S21 FE

With an acronym that means "Fan Edition", it is the most affordable version of Samsung's Galaxy S line. Samsung has not yet presented it, it is expected to do so in January. All the data on the terminal is due to a massive leak.

The device will feature a 6.4-inch Dynamic AMOLED display. The processor will be the Snapdragon 888. There will be a model with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB and another with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB. As regards the three main cameras of the Galaxy S21 FE, reference must be made to the main one, 12 megapixels.

As for the battery, everything indicates that it will be 4,500 mAh, with a fast charging system.

Iphone 14

The launch of Apple mobile phones usually arouses great interest among followers of the brand. Apple has not yet presented its Iphone 14 (it is expected to do so at the end of summer), but there are already leaks about the characteristics of this device.

In terms of appearance, these phones would initially stop having a bulge for their cameras: we would go back to having a completely flat back. Although the rumors have not clarified much, it is to be assumed that the Iphone 14 will have a new chip that exceeds the power of the A15 present in the iPhone 13.

One Plus 10 Pro

The brand has managed to make its way among the telephony giants (Apple and Samsung), especially with its Pro line, a premium range that will increase in 2022 with the arrival of the One Plus 10 Pro.

In China you can already pre-order and it will hit the market on January 4th. Its release date beyond the borders of China is unknown.

According to the leaks, the device will have a 6.7-inch screen with AMOLED resolution of 1440 pixels, a 5000 mAh battery and storage capacity of 128 GB or 256 GB.
