Let's explain how to turn off your iPhone, having three different methods to do so.If you come from Android or other devices, you will be accustomed to off your mobile simply keeping the ignition button pressed.However, on an iPhone it is a bit more complicated, although there are several methods to do so.

In this article we are going to tell you the various methods available.We will start with a combination of keys that serves all iPhone from X, including iPhone 11, 12 families and futures 13.Then, we will tell you two other alternative methods, also mentioning the oldest iPhone.

Turn off your iPhone with a combination of keys

If you have an iPhone X, iPhone 11 or iPhone 12 in any of its variants, you will have to keep the ignition buttons and upload or lower volume at the same time.In this case, it can be either of the two volume buttons, both to climb and the volume down, although always combining it with the ignition.

When you do this, a screen with several options will appear.On this screen slide to the right the slide button to turn off, which is the button that is above all.When you slide the button, the mobile will proceed to go out.

In the previous iPhone, those that have a physical button on the inside of the frame, you simply have to hold the ignition button pressed.Here you don't have to combine this button with any other, keeping it pressed you can slide to turn off.

Turn off from settings

The other main method you can use is to turn off the iPhone from the settings.For this, you have to enter the iOS settings, which appears as an application with the icon of a cogwheel.Once inside, click on the general section that will appear in the third block.

Once inside the general section, you have to go down to the bottom and click on the option to turn off, which will appear in blue.You can do this on any iPhone, and it will take you to a black screen where you simply slide into the slide button to turn off.

Use Assistive Touch

A third option is to use Assistive Touch, which is a floating menu that you can activate from accessibility options.This can serve you if your screen gives some problems or has dead areas, but you have to have it previously activated and then execute this action.But come on, unless you explicitly need this menu, with the previous two it is enough.
